Juventus director Beppe Marotta has confirmed Juan Cuadrado “will arrive on loan tomorrow” from Chelsea, according to Football Italia.
The Colombian has been underwhelming for Chelsea since his £27m move last season, with the Blues believing he is now surplus to requirements for the foreseeable future.
The story has emerged over the last 48-hours and developed quickly
once the Stamford Bridge side said it was open to a loan rather than
a permanent transfer.
“It’s true, Cuadrado will arrive on loan and we want to give Max Allegri the best possible players to work with,” director general Marotta told Sport Mediaset.
“The opportunity to get Cuadrado presented itself and we took it. Now it’s up to Allegri, who is an excellent Coach.
The Blues believe allowing Juventus to take Cuadrado on loan could
open up the possibility of capturing Paul Pogba from the Serie A side.

"We
expect to complete the deal tomorrow. Is Julian Draxler still a target?
We'll see. It's difficult, but the market is open until August 31."
Pogba has been at the forefront of speculation this week, with Chelsea alleged to have agreed a £69m deal for the player.
Juventus are still keen on Oscar who the Blues could still use as a makeweight in their attempts to sign Pogba.
