Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly lining up a ¡ê9m swoop for Marseille striker Michy Batshuayi.
The highly-rated Batshuayi has been earmarked by Spurs after being priced out of a move for Aston Villa striker Christian Benteke, with the Villans refusing to budge below the Belgian¡¯s ¡ê32.5m buyout clause.
Batshuayi had previously been a target for Everton, but Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino is keen to land the 21-year-old as he looks to reshape his squad ahead of the new season, according to The Mirror.
Belgium international Batshuayi scored 11 goals in all competitions last term and would join a growing list of his compatriots at White Hart Lane should he complete the switch from OM.
The move places Emmanuel Adebayor¡¯s future into increased uncertainty, and Aston Villa are believed to be showing an interest in the Togo forward.
