The 26-year-old scored 18 Premier League goals during his debut season in the league last season and has attracted interest from the likes of Chelsea and Tottenham this summer.
The forward's goals were not enough to prevent QPR's relegation and it looks likely that he'll leave in the transfer window to re-join a Premier League side.
And the striker says that he's aware of the interest in him this summer but that he will leave it to the club and his agent to sort out.
'What's going on back at home is for other people to worry about,' said Austin.
'That's for Les Ferdinand, Chris Ramsey, my agent and Tony Fernandes to sort out.
'For me, I'm here to get my head down and work as hard as I can, hopefully play in a couple of games whilst I'm out here and prepare for Charlton on the 8th.
'Until I'm told otherwise, I'm a QPR player and I'm preparing for the Championship next next year. If I'm told otherwise, so be it.'
