The French midfielder has been officially released by Arsenal after a long list of injuries, but reports suggest he may be offered a pay-as-you-play deal by Arsene Wenger.
Diaby has not been convinced by that offer, though, and is considering a move to MLS side FC Dallas where he is in advanced talks, according to reports in France.
The 29-year-old previously spent a year in Dallas receiving rehabilitation for one of his many injuries, and appears on the verge of signing for the side.
