Mourinho and Wenger have been involved in a long term feud, which most recently came to surface when the pair blanked each other after last week's Community Shield game.
In the wake of that incident 'The Special One' has missed the annual meeting at Premier League's HQ, which is designed to allow managers to express their views on issues such as rule changes and refereeing decisions.
While Wenger, along with 17 other managers (Mauricio Pochettino was excused as he is in Germany with Tottenham), met in London – the mail report that no one from Chelsea's staff was in attendance and that no official reason has been given to explain Mourinho's no show.
