Arsenal legend Thierry Henry believes that Chelsea bound attacker Pedro is the "perfect team mate".
Speculation has linked the Spaniard with Manchester United all summer, but Chelsea hijacked the deal on Wednesday after reportedly speaking with Jose Mourinho and Cesc Fabregas on the phone.
And Henry, who played with Pedro during his time with Barcelona, believes that Chelsea are signing a player who is a complete professional.
"The perfect team-mate, the perfect professional - he is that guy," he told Sky Sports.
"He pressures from the front, but he's also the player that any manager would love to have. You know what you're going to get with Pedro, always 100 per cent.
"The way he plays, the way he trains, he doesn't talk, he doesn't create any problem for you, he's a team player who had exactly what you would love to have as a team-mate, as a player, or if you're the boss."
Pedro is a graduate of Barcelona's famous La Masia academy and has been with the Catalan club since 2004. Since then he has played 318 times, scoring 98 goals along the way.
He has been a part of more than once Barcelona side - from Pep Guardiola's tiki-taka days all the way up to Luis Enrique's fearsome side based around an attacking trident of Lionel Messi, Neymar and Luis Suarez - and during that time he has won every trophy available to him.
He is an incredibly successful player and Henry believes that he will have no trouble adapting his talents to the Premier League.
"He can adapt to the English system, he won't have to learn, he will understand staying wide, putting pressure and all that type of thing from the front and the first time I saw him he was already on point.
"He knows the system so he looked like he was playing for us forever when he first played.
"I think he can be a success. It depends on how the team is going to gel, and how he has to adapt to the Premier League. But he is definitely a great team-mate to have, he's won everything in the game."
